Valentine's Community Outreach

AZLR CARES Community Program is hitting the streets of CLAYTON COUNTY to spread the love for Valentine's Day with our neighbors in the RIVERDALE section of ATLANTA on Sunday, February 9th, 2025, in partnership with Port Royal Scott Lodge #591 and Clean Wave ATL.

Our goal is to provide a nutritious warm breakfast as well as sponsor 30 FAMILIES with FREE LAUNDRY SERVICE (up to $15 + laundry care products) at CLEAN WAVE ATL!

Here's how you can help:

To Volunteer:

AZLR CARES is currently recruiting volunteers to help us make maximum impact during our community service efforts.

Volunteers are needed from 7am until approximately 12pm.

Meeting location and service site will be sent via email 2 weeks prior to the event.

The volunteer opportunities available for this event are as follows:

Shopping grocery items
Making gift bags
Collecting Laundry care items
Wrapping utensils
Loading and Unloading transport vehicle
Distribution at event site
Clean up and Tear down

We are need of the following items to include in our laundry care:

Laundry detergent
Bleach
Fabric
Softener
Fabric softner sheets
Laundry scent beads
Laundry bags

If you would like to purchase the items and arrange for a drop-off, please call 770.464.6042.

Monetary donations are greatly accepted.
